Each session was a fleeting glimpse into serenity, a dance with tranquility that I yearned to immortalise. My quest led me through valleys of fear, where whispers of doubt from others mingled with the echoes of my own belief in a need for restoration.

Amidst the cacophony, I embraced disciplines like yoga, pranayama, and the enchantment of sound bowl meditations, seeking to mend the fractures within and replenish the wellspring of my essence, as seers of energy often noted the echoes of exhaustion from my daily toils.

In the tapestry of my existence, a long-held dream blossomed - to weave a book of my own creation. This desire guided me on an odyssey of learning, spanning the corridors of academia. Four seasons were spent immersed in the realms of a Bachelor of Arts in media and English studies in Limerick, with a chapter unfolding in the lands of Colorado, United States. Venturing further, I pursued a Master of Arts in Journalism at Dublin Institute of Technology, delving into subjects that enraptured my soul.

My academic sojourns led me to explore the portrayal of femininity in advertising for my Bachelor's thesis, focusing keenly on the enchantments woven by Barbie Culture upon women and maidens. The chapters of my Master's voyage were illuminated by the study of teen magazines, where the whispers of troubled youth found solace and guidance. Amidst the peaks of Colorado, I unfurled my artistic wings, immersing myself in the alchemy of electronic imaging. Reflecting on those epochs, I discovered the profound narratives whispered by my visual creations, each stroke and hue echoing the essence of my being.
